The 1st annual “Economic & Real Estate Forecast” is geared towards real estate professionals and members of the public who are seeking in depth information about the national, state, and local economy. The morning session will feature national, regional, and local economists and a panel of award winning commercial and residential real estate agents and brokers.

Tickets bought online or by fax will be held at the "Will Call" desk at Roussel Hall.
An afternoon session (noon to 5:00) hosted by the LA Chapter CCIM includes lunch and CE, “Old and New Solutions to Commercial Real Estate Problems: A Focus on Historic Tax Credits and Automotion Parking”. 4 hours CE credit.

Roussel Hall is in the 6300 block of St Charles Avenue at the corner of Calhoun (in the lower right corner of the picture). Parking is free in the West Road Garage (enter the driveway on St. Charles to the left of Holy Name Church up the block).
